We’re looking for a dynamic Beauty Advisor to join our sales team and represent our leading beauty brands in pharmacies across Mauritius.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote a wide range of beauty products to customers across pharmacies and during events or exhibits.
• Provide personalised beauty consultations, offering expert recommendations tailored to customers’ needs.
• Organise and carry out engaging product demonstrations and merchandising animations that align with brand guidelines.
• Drive sales through effective cross-selling and upselling.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring pharmacy shelves are well-stocked, and coordinate with pharmacy staff for timely replenishment.
• Build and maintain an updated customer list for follow-ups and to communicate special offers available in pharmacies.
• Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, product innovations, and competitors’ offerings, and report insights regularly.
• Work closely with the team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.

• Sales-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Must be available to work mandatory weekend shifts and night shifts as required.
• Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role is a strong advantage.
• A good knowledge of skincare, haircare, and body care products for various skin and hair types is a plus.
