Administrative Assistant

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our office. Key Responsibilities

  • Call Management: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as required.
  • Order Processing: Handle order taking and invoicing with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by being polite, informative, and resolving queries/issues professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
