We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Port-Louis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our office. Key Responsibilities

  • Call Management: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as required.
  • Order Processing: Handle order taking and invoicing with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by being polite, informative, and resolving queries/issues professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Office Duties: Carry out various administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
  • Professional Communication: Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Team Contribution: Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Requirements & Experience

  • School Certificate
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
