Medical Sales Representative

At AEP, we are dedicated to improving patient outcomes by connecting quality pharmaceutical products with healthcare professionals. We are seeking dynamic and driven Medical Sales Representatives to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will serve as the vital link between our pharmaceutical products and the healthcare professionals. Your mission will be to effectively communicate the value of our products, build strong relationships with HCPs, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of your product portfolio to effectively communicate their benefits and differentiate them from competitors.
  • Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct appointments with healthcare professionals, including ad-hoc visits, to present product information and address queries.
  • Presentations & Conferences: Deliver impactful presentations and organise conferences to showcase our products and educate HCPs.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic work schedules to maximise coverage and meet sales targets.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to optimise performance, allocate resources efficiently, and refine sales strategies.
  • Market Monitoring: Keep abreast of competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry developments and product innovations to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a team of experienced medical representatives to share insights and achieve collective goals.

Essential Requirements

  • A valid driving license is essential for travel to client sites and meetings.
  • Candidate must be a degree holder with a scientific background at least at HSC level.
  • Previous experience as a medical representative would be an advantage

What We Offer

  • A basic salary of Rs 25,000 and above, depending on previous experience
  • Sales commissions as per pre-determined targets
  • A company car will be provided, along with other fringe benefits
